  Went today for revision and what a surprise! The doctor said I possibly have a crack in the tooth. Never felt it before, just after this horrible cleaning and He said; it is a coincidence. Well, a big one! You never felt that pain before, go for a cleaning, spend one week in pain and then 2 more weeks with smaller pain in one tooth and it is Fractured! Now they want me to put a crown and charge me almost 2,000 for that + split for sleeping at nights. Dont go there! I can't believe this is happening to me. Btw, I had to pay the consultation today. As usual, many doctors just care about money.

  Saw dentist who advised I now needed 6 replacement fillings! During my visit they discussed my xrays that had been taken nearly a year before could not be located and would I mind having a new set, when i stated that i didn't believe i should pay for something they had misplaced I was advised that they would only charge me my health policy rate. THAT IS STILL PAYING for something that is their mistake!

  I was here around 6 months ago and it was my first time visit. It was all well and good, the reception staff were lovely. The dental assistant was AMAZING she was so calming, but the reason for my poor review was the dentist herself; all I was there for was a check up and clean. I expected this to be all done in my appointment. Around midway through the consultation, the dentist left, she said she would just be a couple of minutes but was gone for 10 minutes. This doesn't seem like much to a regular person, but because of this she didn't have enough time to finish what I was booked in for and asked for me to come back to another appointment (meaning more money spent by me).

  I have a couple of wisdom teeth cutting and they were fine, no pain, good positioning etc. A couple of days after my appointment I was in the doctors office with an infected wisdom tooth, on antibiotics and in a world of pain. I wouldn't come here again.

  I saw Dr Simone and Samantha for all my treatment and cleaning, I would definitely recommend them as they were very professional and they made me feel so at ease as I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. Simone also thoroughly explained every bit of treatment and why I needed it so I didn’t feel so lost.

  Never had such a great dental experience in my life, clean, fresh and not clinical. Was so cosy, Issy and Michael have set up a lovely clinic. The treatment was quick and painless too. Can't wait to go back to the dentist again now. Would recommend.

  I went for a check and a cleaning. Doctor said everything was great and my tooth look actually really good (literally). Went for the cleaning and the woman who did it didn't care about you at all! She did it like it was going to put out one of my teeth and actually I had some good amount of blood. I had many many cleanings before, never like this one. When I arrived at home I said to my husband that I felt that something was fractured. That she did something in one of my tooth. I spent one week in pain from the cleaning and thought it would go away. Some part went but after 3 weeks, every time I eat, I have a pain in one of my tooth.

  Walking in to reception, the girls and all the staff made me feel so welcome and answered every single question I had. Great location with easy access to public transport which made it a lot easier to find and get to.

  Not particularly happy. Booked an appointment due to a reminder and saw a hygienist, when i asked why i was not seeing a dentist (at the dentists) she advised it wasn't standard at every check up (just yearly) When I asked how long since my last appointment when I had seen a dentist she advised me it had been 15 months!
