    Fantastic experience. I had back glass of my s7 edge peeling off so I showed it to a guy at the store (forgot his name). without any hesitation he said they would replace it with a refurb. put my name into the waiting list and got a message the next day to come pick it up. Guy named Brandon sorted it out for me. it was a breeze. Thanks mate. Will definitely buy a new Samsung.. :)

    My big regret that I went to this store to buy an original screen protector for my new and perfect Galaxy S7. The attendant offered me to swap my international device (I didn't even noticed any difference from an Australian one) for an Australian device so they could extend the warranty. Then I asked if I could put the screen protector and he advised me not to put as they wouldn't be able to remove it but I should take care as they would charge me if there would be any damage (the cellphone was perfect). I took the risk. As a result, after 2 weeks they called me to finally swap it and my initially perfect cellphone happened to fall and crack the screen on the same (small damage, but a damage). I talked to the attendant by the phone and explained to him there was a damage on the screen. He told me that it would be possible to swap after a technical evaluation and they would charge me. Finally, when I went to the store they just told that they wouldn't be able to repair or to swap and they "apologize" the inconvenient. That's just great, now I have a cracked cellphone and I just went to this store to get a bad luck. My bad not to buy the screen protector and Samsung bad not to give accurate information and let the customer with an original device down. Sure staff is not well prepared. And lucky I am that the new Pixel is just there, my next soon purchase for sure!

    I inquired about trading in my old Samsung S6 for an S7 and later booked an appointment to follow up. The staff were shocked to hear one of their colleagues had seriously overestimated by hundreds of dollars the value of my phone. They would only offer me $30 for my S6 with a hairline crack down the middle of the screen and a small one on the corner, an offer I didn't take. They set up my new phone for me, transferring everything over though so I'm more or less happy.

    Totally disappointed. After years being Samsung user, this is the only time i wanted to use costumer service. It was terrible. From first week of purchasing this phone, i could tell my phone's charger is faulty. They asked me to come again for another test (which won't be different) because they didn't find it faulty. I must take a day off only for a cable to be tested, which is $15. Next time i won't buy Samsung for sure.
