    They don't do passprt renewals here. I waited for an hour before they could tell me that because reception couldn't tell me if my purpose is going to be served.

    When going there it was extremely busy but because of the fact that I was on crutches the staff were so helpful and did my visa first even though I was behind a number of people also for those looking as to where it is, its on the 5th floor of the building

    Website says open .. take time off work to go there only to see sign on door they are closed for almost 1 month !!! Welcome to the Philippines !!
