    Wife went in to look for eternity bands. Because she wasn't wearing her wedding rings she was ignored and. Staff bypassed her completely. Unless you look like you're made of money they won't talk to you.

    Really disappointed at the customer service. I was there with my partner to look at rings. We had an idea of what we want but the sale assistant kept pushing another product after we had specified we didn't want two tone rings. Please work on educating your staff not to impose opinions and LISTEN to you customers.
