  The atmosphere was great! Lovely service and amazing food. It's easy to find and there are lovely people to help direct you. Would definitely recommend. Located in the city, it doesn't take long to walk from the surrounding train stations.

  The hotel is in a decent location. The rooms are clean...and relatively new. My issues is that as a frequent Traveller I bring my own adapter everywhere I go. However the outlets are so awkwardly placed with the on/off switch too close it was I'm possibly to use my own. So me and my partner asked for one at the front desk. They provide one in the room...but since there are 2 of us we needed one more. They then decided to charge us $20 for use of the second one....which also barely even worked. At check out they promised to refund the money....but this really shouldn't have be an issue in the first place.

  The service was exceptional. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a feeling of elegance. Check out time was 11am which worked very well for us and although we missed breakfast the staff were helpful in making sure we found somewhere to eat nearby.

  Staff were very friendly. Beautiful hotel. Conference area a bit small honestly. Good food. $5 Stella for happy hour is the cheapest I've found in the city.
