  Not secure. The building itself is terrible, it's a "Secure" car park however I have seen two cars broken into with their windows smashed within 6 months.

  Homeless living in building. There are homeless people living in here. I have witnessed multiple beds setup in the top level corners and even been approached by homeless when I was sitting in my car to ask for money. They openly say they live here in the building. Not to mention the smell of urine and I have seen actually poo on the ground as well.

  Very expensive parking, can only park if someone can get a great deal. The premises are not clean and look haunting.

  Flooding, the place floods with water. Not sure what causes it but it's leaking from the roof and forms massive puddles you have to drive slow through.

  The place is open all night and anyone can just walk in and catch the lift up to any floor.

  I've been parking here for 3 months. The price of the early bird is good for its location (at the time of this post $16 for non pre booked and I think it's $14 for pre booked) however...

  The lifts are on the last legs, graffiti plagues the place and the lifts periodically break down with doors bugging out and spit on the lift buttons (never touch with your fingers).

  Good location, reasonable rates. The toilet was not working though, which meant we needed to walk until Fed square with my 7 year old under pressure.
