  Yesterday I pre booked a parking spot at your Lonsdale car park entering at approximately 7.45pm. There were absolutely no spaces left to park even though I had pre booked and there was no signage that the car park was at capacity.

  Not a bad location, careful of pedestrians as you enter/exit. Tight ramps so be observant and north end of levels has a lower roof line so bigger vehicles watch out.

  I had booked your car park for its close proximity to the theatre, only to have to drive around for 20 minutes to find another car park and miss the first 10-15 minutes of the show.

  After a stressful drive to the city there was 1 carspace left between a wall and a column. I couldnt open my car door and had to climb over seats. Older people would not have coped at all. Lifts are too slow. I had to jump down the car ramp to get down in time. Almost missed the show I came to the city to see. Not a pleasant experience. Never again!
