  Unfortunately there is no zero rating option. In regards to the self service stations, there is either no one there and you have to wait for someone to realise that it's flashing red and assistance is required or you have someone looking over your shoulder pressing the buttons for you when you did not request assistance. One issue that I had today was a large letter that I wanted to send, I checked it was able to fit through the slot and it did all the way through. But the Australian post staff cancelled it saying that it doesn't fit and i have to send it as a parcel. Apparently it need to slip though without any assistance through the slot to be able to be sent as a letter. I checked the slot and no where does it indicate that the requirement is it needs to just fall through. I would not have attempted testing it if it was not sure it would pass though as it would damage the envelope. I have had post office staff pass it though in front of me saying it was fine as long as it goes though. My item is not breakable and has bubble wrap as padding throughout inside the envelope. Appauling and rude customer service. I send a handful of post daily. Now I understand why people are looking for alternatives to the Australian Post. I do not like posting negative feedback on one issue but I have come across this particular women before and every time left upset, shaking my head and not want to go back to this store again. I think the time has come that I move on.

  Hard to find but good quick service. Attendants will help you with simple purchases like stamps instead of having to wait in line.

  Tucked away behind Lindt and Peter Shepherd shoes this is handy and f your in the town. Between the Elizabeth and Town Hall tram stops.

  The experience was good and easy. Not too busy and it had helpful staff.

  Good post office, offers most services and some retail goods. Helpful staff. It's tucked away in the corridor that runs through the ground floor of the building, there is no street frontage
