  We have been there last night and it wasn't very pleasant. Very loud so conversation was not really possible, it took ages till the 3 cocktail, beer and wine arrived. The menu gets collected after one order, they should at least leave one on the table so you could choose the further drinks. The staff did not had a lot of knowledge about the menu and the cocktails, which obviously do not get checked by bartenders before they go out to customers, one the fresh ingredients were well past expiry. The Waldmeister cocktail is red, not green. Anyhow... floor staff were trying to be helpful and fix bar mistakes. Its not what you'd expect from a theme based cocktail bar or anykind. The interior design tries to be based on east and west Berlin. The 15 min repeating black and white screening about planes and military is a bit out of place and there would be so much more interesting and enjoyable things to show in relation to Berlin with little effort.

  Had a really poor experience here last night. We were called after being on the wait list for an hour, arrived, and it still took 10 minutes to seat us. We got cups and no water and no one came to take our order. After about 20 minutes we finally managed to flag someone down. Still no water, though. Our food took forever, and our drinks were actually completely forgotten (we waited for another hour). Not once did someone come to our table to see how we we're doing. When we finally decided to leave, after confirming the drinks weren't coming, we didn't get any apologies - instead, we were rudely reminded to pay for the food (which we were in line to pay for anyway?). They absolutely couldn't care less that they'd wasted so much of our time.

  The only reason this isn't 1 star is because I've been here on a quieter night when it's been OK - the cocktails are very nice.

  Very interesting themed bar on a side street in the city, easily missed. Luckily we had someone with us that had been before and knew where we were going.

  Great drinks and superb staff! Very knowledge and eager to share. Not to mention the great ambiance. We've sat in both the west and east side and both were awesome!

  After entering a door way and climbing some stairs you have a choice of east or west Berlin as you step back in time inside this bar. The west side is opulence and luxury where the east side is poor and basic. Nice novelty bar but the drinks are very expensive, beer $14 + and cocktails $20+. Having been to Germany and other European countries this is where the bar falters. The size of the drinks and the prices don't come close to imitating that of a German bar sadly. Fun non the less....

  Terrible experience yesterday. Waited ages at the table to order our second round, waiter didn’t come back so we decided to leave and try somewhere else. Again we waited... 15 min at the front to pay the bill. And the girl sorting out the bills was so rude! If you don’t like people, don’t work in a bar!
