  Cons: Cocktails lost their soul, I had two from their signature range. Meh. Expensive and they are not like cocktail. Management order few menu booklets so customers don't have to ask you 5 times for menu.

  We had to wait for 15 min before we could get up (fridaynight) but that was shorter than anticipated :) At first we were seated at the bar and after an hour or so we were moved to a window seat! Staff was super friendly and helpful in picking out the right cocktail. The drinks are expensive but the whole night was definitely worth paying 25 dollar a drink. A really cool, fancy experience.

  I have never ever been treated with such disrespect by a bunch of 30 something female staff who have no idea on how to deliver exceptional customer service! Had rang to book a table for my sister's hens as we were having a function at the merchant and was told we wouldn't have a problem heading up for a drink before dinner. We were asked if we had a booking and I kindly explained that I and been advised that we were simply invited to go upstairs and have a drink. instead we were judged and ridiculed by 2 women who were probably on 20$ an hour! Very dissapointing Lui bar - I suggest you train your staff on proper manners and ettiquete on how to treat your customers to maintain a great reputation - I can tell you now that most of my friends and family who regularly visit will not be returning!   Stunning views & delicious cocktails! This is the best way to show visitors Melbourne. Great views without the touristy crowds of the Eureka Tower, and drinks!

  Try the Pour Over Coffee Vodka or the signature Old Fashioned. You will not be disappointed. Best nighttime views of Melbourne. You may need to wait a few minutes to get in, but the view is phenomenal.
