  Great range of drinks (especially in the higher end spirit range). Prices are typical Melbourne CBD prices but staff are always happy to help.

  Decent food, fairly good customer service. If you like gambling, there are plenty of machines to play. I came here only to eat. Fully licenced place as well. Great ambience. Good for large groups, couples and singles.

  Like any gaming venue it’s always better on a win! But mail exchange has a much nicer atmosphere than most pokies venues the security and staff are all really helpful alway have a smile to greet you too

  That was my review seven months ago. Unfortunately they seem to have gone downhill quality wise since. Ordered the spiced lamb kebabs; which was three tiny bits of grainy lamb that wasn't cooked all the way through, served with two tiny inedible pieces of burnt Turkish bread and a bowl of what looked and tasted like tomato pizza base sauce. My friend had steak (which was good) with truffle butter. The truffle butter was clearly prepared earlier and stored in the freezer, but it was frozen absolutely solid and skipped off the plate when she tried to cut into it. Overall disgusting. Will not return. However, staff are friendly and attentive. 1/5
