  My friend went to get her brows done on birthday, usually trusting the hands at the bar. However today a different lady (orangey hair-indian) threaded her brows. My friend however was extremely upset with the result. The lady had unnecessarily threaded growing hair causing the brow to become thinner than requested. It was very obvious the line of hair that was threaded however the lady continued to defy her fault. She continued to argue with us despite contradicting her own words. The lady had made my best friend bled and had caused her arch to swell up. We used to trust this bar, however we will never come back with this customer service. Thank you and au revoir Beauty and Brow!!

  I had my eyebrows done today by Ritu. 2 out of the 3/4 staffs had horrible eyebrows i.e. uneven or unpolished I should have trusted my instincts to not proceed. Regrettably I still did. It wasn’t even worth the $10. I left feeling embarrassed and wanting to wear a hat. This place isn’t as good as it was. The staffs need proper training on brow shapes and consultation.

  After 3 years of coming here never again. I've now had my eyebrows over threaded twice. The first in December which to be fair I did not specify to keep them thick. But again last month after I said keep them thick. The same girl did this twice, she appears to be the owner/manager who is short with light hair. When I looked at my brows in horror and told her she took off half my brows she looked back with a blank face and said sorry I should have asked you first I was trying to make them even. They already were even so there was no need for this. Luckily when I said I felt embarrassed having to pay for such a bad job she said not to pay. As I was leaving she shouted out come back in 2 weeks when they grow back and I can fix them. It's been about 7 weeks now - they still haven't grown back.

  Went in after being recommended by a good friend and was half as cheap as my usual lady.. I asked for a clean up and the lady wrecked my brows *cries* My eyebrows are pretty hard to do but heard they did a good job so why not. The lady she was nice but she cut off the tail of one eyebrow but completely left the other so one is like twice as long as the other and did one too arched and the other too straight and its really hard to fill them in now. She didn't brush my brows beforehand and used a really thin string (sewing string) and didn't examine my brows.. they're pretty clean though but definitely recommend ya'll to go elsewhere

  I went in for a quick tidy up of the little hairs around my eyebrows and a tint. They over threaded my eyebrows and got rid of my natural arch by threading the top. I now have to straight eyebrows and one is thinner than the other. I am beyond crushed.
