    I purchased my MTB there while visiting Australia and was on a tight schedule to get it ready to take with me on the plane back home. Jimmy and the team knew it needed to be packed ready to ship. I got it home and unpacked it and it was in perfect condition. From a customer service standpoint these guys know the score. From servicing and advice, I cannot fault them on putting my machine together. Ive been back home for 3 weeks now and today I received a mudguard, as promised, in the mail. Well done Cycles Galleria! Well done Jimmy!.

    I cannot speak more highly of the staff at Cycles Galleria - QV and Bourke St with special mention to Josh. I was made to feel so welcome every time I entered the store and the crew helped me out so much, always with a smile on their faces. It's been an absolute pleasure buying my bike off you guys and I look forward to seeing you more when I next come in! 100% recommended! :)
