    They didn't have the book I was looking for, but they helped me look for it and staff gave good instructions how to find it at another Readings store.

    21/10/17 .. Paid for items,then told 'put them in a bag if you want' ... because using the internet was more important than customer service you get paid for,especially working in a store that has customers! . Go elsewhere. No wonder people buy online,arrogance need not apply!
