  Book a medium size car the night before a family trip to be pick up 11am in the next morning. On the next day, check out of my hotel with 3 other family member and all our luggage but got a booking cancellation email saying my car was no longer available. This is the worst experience anyone can have on a vacation. No even a direct phone call or apology. Never even try to book car with them. They are the worst.

  The lowest insurance option has an enormous excess. I think $3500, and you'll need to have that available, on a credit card or on debit. Otherwise, you'll get stung for a stiff premium. I made that mistake once and have seen others stuck too.

  Those are my only complaints/warnings however. In terms of pick up and drop off it is relatively quick, about 10 minutes, which is faster than other car hire places.

  Returning cars at opening times only seems to be the agreement. Other hirers let you leave keys in a box in an after hours chute, this option doesn't appear available.

  Highly recommended. These cars are cheap, if you are looking for a week or more they are hard to beat. There are some things to consider.

  One star is too much for this company. They claim to record all the stratches and dents from previous owners but I’m wondering why it was still there after customers paid for the damages. To anyone reading this, do not fall for their cheap prices, because you will be paying extra like how we had to pay $180 extra for a scratch we weren’t responsible for.

  2. They have quite good customer service from what I have seen - I called them the first thing in the morning and there was someone friendly willing to help me out as soon as I dialed in.
