  The thing that me pissed me off was the rude behaviour of the staff there. I can understand when the booking gets cancelled due to whatever reasons it may be, but there is a way to deal with a customer and they for sure don't know how.

  They did not give me a car and asked my wife to come as it was her name on the credit card (although we have same last name), apparently because "they dont know if she allows me to use her card". She had to take a taxi to the rental place with our baby, and once she arrives they asked out of nowhere for her drivers license. We ended up renting somewhere else.

  Hassle free alternative after facing problems with another rental company the day we were supposed to leave. Car was very new and was a joy to use.

  Totally ripped off... online quote for 3 days car hire was $230 when we picked it up it came to $360 with excess and they charged us $450
