  WORST EFING COMPANY, i have ever delt with in my life. pack of liers very miss leading and they think they own your credit card and take money as the please. Was recommended to use them by uber another pack of scammers save your self the trouble and do not drive for them unless you enjoy making $5 an hour after paying taxes

  Never rent from hertz car rental. If any damage is caused, they will find the most expensive repair and fix it, then claim you are liable for the damage even if your purchase the super insurance. They will get dates wrong, mileage wrong and over/under charge you. Most awful car rental company I have ever used

  Car we hired was in reasonable condition. Just a few issues with needing a wheel balance and wheelchair tie down on one side not working. Pricing was okay for the 4 days we booked it and it got us safely to our destination and back.

  This is a very poor service branch. Took me an hour to reserve, then an hour to return. Also they tricked me to pay some suspecious damage that is hard to be seen. Nobody there acted like responsible staff. They even struggled to call me to return a car that had been returned days ago. Really disgusting service. I strongly discourage everyone to avoid visiting there for happy holiday.

  Recently used Hertz Flinders Street to hire a car for a short break with friends. We were looked after by James and he was excellent from start to finish. He talked us through a beneficial vehicle upgrade without being pushy and was polite and informative throughout the transaction. He even walked us out to our car and shook our hands before we departed which was a great touch. In a job that must be frustrating and repetitive at times James made us feel valued and we had a great experience. Thank you James.
