    Great product and prices. First experience with this brand was in Japan. Great to see it here and booming. I see a review below from someone demonising the brand because they had dye transfer from their jeans onto their furniture, car seats etc etc. While in the Emporium store some months before, a woman was also giving a staff member a hard time for this same reason, and demanding refunds and generally being rude and ignorant of the characteristics of new denim. The woman turned to me and advised me not to buy UNIQLO product because of her experience. First off, attempting to drag me into her conflict was rude in any case, but given my experience due to my own work background, as well as all my experiences with the UNIQLO brand, I sided with the employee at the store. I explained to the customer the nature of dyes, and how they are initially transferable from NEW denim, and that after some washes this will be a non-issue. So for those who don't know, well there you go. Read the labels. UNIQLO jeans are no different from LEVIS, which also bleed out when new. You just have to be careful with new denim. Both brands are excellent, and both are good quality.

    Another brilliant Uniqlo store. Excellent clothing for travelling. This store had four well stocked floors of clothing. Lots of changing rooms and a checkout on at least 2 floors. We were having trouble finding an item in a specific color. We were asked at checkout if we found everything. When we said we settled for the second choice colour they checked the system and then went and found the item for is hidden at the back of a wrong shelf. Excellent products and services! The ultralight down jackets, heat tech long johns and airsim underwear and t-shirts have been invaluable in our travels. Super light, fast drying and comfortable.

    Not going there again. Last year, I went to uniqlo and there was this Asian lady called Hannah who was so rude and disrespectful towards me and my sister. My sister thought she was racist. We just asked her about fitting our jeans and she gave us such bad look and dint talk to us properly. When wr got our jeans back after fitting it wasnt good enough one leg was shorter than the othe. Very disappointed with her and now we dont go there anymore. Just sharing my experience coz one of my friend went there yest and felt the same.

    I’ve never met someone more authenticly passionate about the brand or the customer experience. She stayed with us for 30 minutes + searching everywhere for a specific piece of clothing and even went to the store room 3 levels below to grab what I was looking for.
