  Girlfriend went over to the Universal Store shop on Swanston st. Tried to return it back to the shop. Long story short. Here are three main issues:

  -Once again my partner explained to her saying it hurts on the thighs after wearing it, she said ' i have no problem with it and none of the customers gave such feedback like this before.'

  -Upon purchasing the Wrangler short, she told us she will call my girlfriend in a few days time in regards to another type of denim shorts that she prefers and make the necessary exchange. But no one from the store call back after a month. And today, my partner asked her about this, but all she said was 'someone should've called you'.

  -Not comfortable as the short raises up tightly causing a friction between thighs.

  But girl, no customer has the same thigh width. When a customer complains about a discomfort on your product, this is not how a well-established UNIVERSAL STORE salesperson deal with it.

  Wish i could give no star for this shop. First of all i have never complained on a retail store in MELBOURNE before. But this particular salesperson is out of the line. Terrible after sales customer service. This saleswoman GEM/CEMRE (don't exactly how to spell her name) sold a pair of Wrangler denim short to my girlfriend a couple of weeks ago, and she explicitly told us that we can return it whenever we want to as long as everything is intact (size tag, receipt).
