  Rang today because I needed to make an appointment. I was told by the female that I could get an appointment on Friday but she was in the car & would ring me back in 20min. An hour later, which I didn't mind waiting as I believed I was just waiting to be advised of a time. Female rings me back & I was told, without even a consultation that she spoke to a dentist & was advised to go to hospital & get an MRI! When I told her I wasn't going to a hospital, she said ok & hung up! Really! Without even a consultation, I was being told I needed an MRI! Ludicrous & very unprofessional & because she rang me so late I was unable to make an appointment anywhere else, so will have to wait until tomorrow. If I could give NO stars I would. This spiel they give about caring for their clients is clearly advertising at its best but when put to the test, customer service at its worst. If this is how they treat you to begin with imagine their treatment of you post appointment. Don't even bother!

  Tried these guys out after my old dentist retired and had a great experience (well as great as visiting the dentist can be). The staff are very friendly and it's clear that all their patients love the place. I go to Collins St but I know they have two other locations which is handy.

  Been going to Blue Spa for years and trust them with my pearly whites. Great friendly service.
