  Nice service staff, but items can be limited due to high human traffic. Big W Boxhill usually stock more sales items.

  When we first arrived asking for the item we are looking for, they told us that they can make order for us because they can handle the workload if they have done that for all the customer. This was understandably.

  Service here is hit and miss, some staff are soo rude and completely useless while some and approachable and on the ball. Photo prints are alright and self service kiosks are a bit slow when finding photos on your device which is annoying if your device has 1000's of photos on it and you only want to print a couple of them.

  Today i was at this big w looking for king size pillow slips. They had none in this store and had a very poor range of bedding linen. They also only had u standard sized pillow slips on the shelves, nothing in other sizes. Why wouldnt you stock a range of sizes on your shelves? I saw SINGLE king size sets of doona covers and sheets. But i dont have a king size SINGLE bed, WHO DOES? i only have a king size pillow. Very annoying that i have to literally search the internet for stores that sell these now. look elsewhere if you are looking for these products.

  Would be great if they had the option for payment at the kiosk and just pick them up at the service desk.

  However after but heating back for 4 days, I have made the move to follow up. The reply I got from following up was that the stock is no longer available.

  Huge Big W in the middle of the city. Self check out is easy. Returns counter is tucked away in the back and hard to find but service was quick and friendly.
