  Great department store with an amazing range. Excellent place to visit during sale periods. They also have a price match policy to match prices at other brick and mortar stores.

  Most staff at Myer are known for their attitude and poor customer service but thanks to Rachel who was just a temp changed my feel about shopping here.

  Lovely place to shop. Would have given a five star rating if not for attitude of some of the staff at the checkout counters especially the older staff at the lingerie section. Was served by a elderly lady named Connie who has a holier than thou attitude when it comes to Asian customers. The younger staff are lovely but she speaks in a loud and slow manner as though we all can’t speak English No greetings or a thank you either.

  We would like to place our commendation for Rachel at the Review section who exhibited excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to get a dress size which was available at Melbourne Central store and not available at Emporium store

  Long established upmarket department store. Always impressed when I walk in the front doors of Bourke Street. So happy they have kept some of the old look and blended it with a modern look. Extensive product range and well staffed. Felt it was over represented with homosexual staff, but if that’s their policy.

  This is a classy store - renovated some time ago to a high standard. This store is always busy and always has a sale on. Plenty of staff to serve you unlike a suburban store. There is a great range of products, particularly clothing. Floors are always being changed so there is a good reason to visit here often. Some good little cafes located within the store.
