I can safely say that I had not only a trouble-free experience, but I had a distinctly positive one, thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff here. Everything was sorted exactly as they said it would be, with no deviations.

  I was nervous when I read the reviews. I went there this morning, it was straight forward. The office lady was very friendly. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I got the receipt too! As long as you have all the requirements, you will be fine.

  Just make sure to have all your documentation/forms completed before showing up. They can't do much to help if you're not completely ready, as to be expected from a government position.

  Not sure what the fuss is about with the negatives. Simply you have the right documents and the right forms and you will have no problem. I applied for working visa multiple times and everything was smooth. Can improve by accepting credit card payments.

  The male staff on the phone was so rude, he didn't listen to my enquiry. He just interrupted me again and again and answered the question as he thought that I would ask. However, I have special concerns and that's why I made the calling.

  The Melbourne Korean Consulate front desk lady is just plain rude and in fact, she has an awfully bad attitude toward guest. It is just unprofessional from the person at the door, too busy talking on his personal phone to bother to say hi to me. Instead, he just pointed me the direction to go in.
