  very unhelpful. sat at the embassy for 2 days while being told to email upstairs and then received no reply. no one to call. no one to speak to. no one is helpful. if you need actual help don't visit the embassy.

  I had the most frustrating and surreal experience with the help desk operative (Grace) who could not answer a simple question without a passport reference number and kept me running in hoops to get any information. I suspect this service has been outsourced to South East Asia!
