  So when the girl start washing the colour out, was coming out only cold water. Not once she asked me if I could just " bite my tangue" and leave her to use cold water. At the beginning I thought she was joking.. well she wasn't !

  After all of the horrible experience , I've been asked to pay the full amount of the cost of the service . I kindly asked to pay less as that wasn't " the service" I agree to pay for... so a 10$ discount considered is generous enough.... Disgusting!!

  So I went in to ask for some advice on what toner I should use to make my hair more ashy in between a colour I was going to get in a couple of weeks and the response I got was "your hair is too dark, you need to bleach it". ACTUALLY it's not too dark to put an ashy toner because it's been done by my hairdresser and many times before which is why I was asking in the first place. I know the colour is NOT going to turn out what it is on the colour chart with the warmth in my hair hence the reason why I asked WHAT TONER CAN I USE TO MAKE IT MORE ASHY THAN IT IS. The old guy working there evidently couldn't comprehend what I was saying to him since I had to explain it three times. Anyway I got frustrated and ended up walking out. By far the worst hairhouse warehouse I've ever walked into, avoid at all cost.

  Rudest Staff ever...the guys over the counter are so so rude. Worst experience ever and all i went in there was to pick up a shampoo!!! So not recommended.

  Left almost in tears and very angry! I feel that I've been rubbed and I wasted my time. Adding to all of this I have to redo my colour as she left me with a disaster in my hair!!

  I got the exact color I asked for... May has good knowledge about color cos she made sure my hair (mix of ombré, balayage... ) had a balance of the color. Ensured a very even look rather than patchy.

  The only star is for the girl that who tryed to do my hair . She had a bubbly personality and overall was nice and try to help to fix the mistake of the colour asking me to come again like I have nothing better to do than let her "play " with my hair...

  Went for a "quick" regrouth and left the store with 2 colours in my hair and deposits of hair colour from missing the rinsing process of the colour due to lack of hot water!!! Yes!!! A hairdresser without hot water!!!
