  The towels smell so bad and they look dirty as well. The guy was using the same towel to dry my hair but also to clean the floor. The customer service is really bad and if you are not Asian you don't get a smile and they barely acknowledge you there. I had a voucher and it looks like none of them knew what to do with it. My voucher included a treatment but they did not do it. At any hairdresser you are getting your hair shampoo twice plus a conditioner however I had only 1 shampoo even tho my hair got dyed and they still wanted to charge me an extra $180 for my hair colour! I wonder how they are still open! The worst salon I ever visited!

  My visit at this salon was disappointing cause i didn't ask who will do my haircut as i don't know who are the good hairstylist there. Not happy with the haircut, was slow and I even have to tell the hairstylist what scissor to use like the one i usually have with other salon in the city.

  If you are looking for great service the first time then this is the place for you because after that it just gets from bad to worse. I bought the 5 treatment nano package the first two was good by Jane and then it goes downhill from there. The third time the person who blow my hair doesn't even know how to curl it, the 4th time Jane was so overbooked she did a sloppy job my treatment didn't even take 5 mins. The fifth session my hair was still damp and mind you I paid extra for thick hair I had to make dry it again and the so called curls I wanted was all straight after a few hours. And to top it off they speak ill of their customers in mandarin hoping they wouldn't understand but unfortunately for them I did and I can imagine what they would say when I left the salon. Absolutely disgusting service.

  Humble advice, STAY AWAY. I booked the men’s re style haircut + shampoo + styling for 20$(that’s the best they had in men’s haircut on their website). Starting from beginning. The saloon looks unhygienic and dirty. No clue of the management. Kiri was supposed to be attending my haircut but some guy (idk who he was because he never introduced himself and I felt very unwelcome) attended me. I asked him for a layer cut bc I had quite long hair and wanted to try layered hair cut? I showed him a picture on google to help him understand what I wanted. He informed me that the cut will cost 25$. He started immediately and chopped my hairs off in the best way he thought? It hardly took 10 mins (against the usual 30 mins of time allotment). He dried my hair in another 1-2 mins and showed me the back of my hair in the mirror. By this time I wasn’t sure if he’s gonna do something else? Then he just removed the cover and went off to the counter. Surprised me went to the counter and paid off the bill and left the place. Never cleaned the hairs off my collars or neck or face, no shampoo and hair styling. 10$ men’s haircut saloons are hundred times better than this saloon. Very unprofessional and unmanaged saloon. AVOID THE PLACE, SAVE YOUR HAIR.

  Extremely unhygenic salon. The brushes they are using are so dirty and full of different people's hairs. 1 it looks like their brushes have never been clean and 2 they could at least remove the previous people's hair from the brush before they are using it on you!

  AWFUL EXPERIENCE! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! Higher price and dirty place. INCOMPETENT PEOPLE! I made the permanent and they damaged seriously my hair. They use POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!
