  i believe that the motorbike is fine to road . just it has some slight scraches that are not considerable as written off .

  Been trying to ring Swann Insurance all day to cancel 2 policies. Every time I get "we are experiencing an emergency situation and are unable to take your call try again later" NOT HAPPY. Unless their building is on fire what other emergency is there? Losing a customer?? Happy to take my money at the start but not able to give it back to me.

  I had two claims with them over the years for my motorcycle. They gave been quick and friendly customer service, my repairs were approved with my local mechanic ASAP.

  Very very bad service i suggest not to take this insurance ( SWANN INSURANCE) for me giving one star is also waste!!

  They received one ridiculously expensive quote from peter stevens kensington and automatically wrote off my bike which had a slight scratch in the exhaust and on one side of the fairing. I said to them I would like to get another quote before writing off the bike but Their answer was they had already written off my bike .they took my motorbike to altona without my permission, it couldn't be reversed.

  Actually even one star i would mind give them!! I got an accident. Bike got only cosmetic damage but they said It is a total loss and needed to pay for getting it back without details or paper. Such a nightmare Please choose the other company. They are not insurance company. They took money and time.
