  Amazing customer service! Both my husband and I surprised each other with wedding gifts from Anton because of the wonderful service. In my experiences the staff are attentive, friendly, professional and always willing to assist with enquires and questions. I purchased a watch for my husband from Anton and the sales assistant Alberto was so helpful; he took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me a range of options within my budget. Beautiful jewellery pieces, to suit every occasion and budget.

  Beautiful jewellery however customer service here is terrible. I requested a quote for a large yellow sapphire and nobody called me back. I visited the store several times after but there was never anyone available to assist. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. I find it hard to believe they have so many reviews noting their great customer service. Perhaps they were written by the staff!

  The after sales service is horrendous. We purchased a ladies Tag Heuer diamond face automatic watch worth $3,700 and the watch failed under warranty TWICE in two years. Full replacement of the internal mechanisms was done both times but we had to wait 4-8 weeks. Anton Jewellers blatantly refused my request for replacement or refund (preferred). We will NEVER shop there again and I will never waste my hard earned money on such poor quality product again. Buyer beware!!!

  Today we went to Anton Jewellery to purchase a watch as a very important gift. The service we received there from ALL the staff was absolutely amazing - everybody treated us as being very special...they were kind, thoughtful, friendly and super efficient....and the watch we purchased is perfect in every way!
