    I came in here the other day and noticed like the 5 or so employees working and most of them were just chat amongst themselves about things not work related when customers are waiting to be helped. I find this place severly overstaffed and lacking customer service

    Walked in looking to buy my wife a gift, waited there f or almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me, instead there were 3 staff members chatting about their weekend plans instead of helping me out. If this is what you call customer service then you should really rethink opening a retail store, rather just sell online. CRAPandora
