  I have made many purchases at your Collins st store. I remember my first purchase a few years ago walking in and hearing piano tunes being played live by a pianist.such a lovely touch, hopefully can bring this service back again in the future.?

  I've been to this store for a few times. I purchased an engagement ring earlier this year. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with choosing and deciding on the special ring. Definitely recommend anyone coming to Tiffany's at Collins St.

  After first calling to ensure the shop had the bracelet I wanted, I caught the tram 10mins down the road to be told I had to wait 30mins to buy something! So they let me walk out the door losing what should have been a 2min $300 sale. Absolute idiots. Appalling customer service.
