  If you do proceed with Penny, from one potential client to another proceed with caution, get everything in writing and make sure you get a full breakdown of costs she hopes to charge or you may end up with a hefty surprise or be left thinking you have a lawyer only to be left in the wind with no response.

  Not recommended. I found they charged hundreds more than what we dealt at when I received invoice. The response is they insist they did extra works. That's fine though which means I'm happy to pay more if it's the fact. But why I didn't receive any notice before these so called "works" to be done? Besides, very inefficient communication without enough professional legal advice. The reception is good though and this worths 2 stars.

  I purchased a off plan apartment and solicitor from Pentana Stanton helped me to sign the nomination form. When I wanted to apply for home loan three months later, the solicitor did not even get the full contract of sales ready. They could not provide me with the full contract immediately and i had to wait another week. My home loan application has been delayed for this reason. They are not responsible or efficient at all.

  I echo the sentiments of the first review that was poor about Penny. We spoke to her in regards to a matter in which she said she would contact us with a quote and search for a barrister near us who could help us in court. Well no letter arrived, no phone call and we wasted time hoping she would be true to her word. As a result we were left with a short amount of time to scramble for legal representation. She did say somethings that implied it might be expensive and saying she could only quote per hearing or words to that effect, as she could not give us the full picture of her services. One must ask themselves even though it may seem reasonable to accept such an offer, how you can be sure to get good service and at a reasonable cost if there's no clear outline of how much representation would cost, especially for a women who is supposedly experienced in the hearings we required. There's no reason why she could not give us a price with a breakdown and she just told us to wait for the letter, wasting out time and damping our hopes.
