  Couldn't recommend Resolve Conflict's services more highly. Excellent outcome for myself and my family. My lawyers were excellent and the admin staff always went above and beyond which made a huge difference during a very difficult time. Again would highly recommend their services.

  Possibly one of the most unprofessional Mediators in the Melbourne CBD. I had an Appointment with Catherine Gale booked in for over a week. It ended in me NOT seeing the Mediator, due to the incompetency of this organisation. Stressful and sad and the kindest words I can muster to describe the people and their behaviour at this company. Actually see someone else who cares and might even be empathetic to your station in life and wants to help.

  Had 5,2hr sessions @ $500hr The mediator was good during the sessions but unfortunately created more conflict as after each session there was no paperwork on the parenting plan organised during the sessions, this caused more arguments, had to pay extra for this to be written up between session extra $400approx .The mediator seemed to not hold anyone to account to her parenting plan not being followed, I feel this was to continue the sessions.

  One of the most unprofessional, ruthless and money ripping off family law firms I have ever come across. It was my biggest mistake to take my case to them as I was impressed by their website. Their main focus is to charge huge bills and they will charge every single thing they can. Their billing system is rediculous and in which they simple give the client no explanation. They show no empathy or a ability to understand your situation. I was constantly put under pressure by their lawyer in relation to my case. I have been ripped off by my hard earned 13 k in a matter of month and they didn’t even do the job for which I paid. It’s all business here and they don’t care about your circumstance or situation.
