  Excellent service, great location and the apartment was amazing. Smoke alarm in the room was beeping but when I told reception they very quickly fixed it!

  Any hotel these days , that has the hide to charge $25 a DAY. for Wi fi,. does not deserve patronage. Give this hotel (. ? whole Mantra chain, a big miss.

  This hotel is in an excellent position for a Base in Melbourne. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is everything you need like irons washing machines toasters etc. All in your room. There is also a very well equipped kitchenette which is great considering the astronomical cost of eating out and drinking in Australia theses days, which is handy for a family or else you may never be able to afford to visit here.

  Good location. No pool no gym. Room was tiny. Probably better options around. View was pretty ugly..

  As a regular customer I have stayed here many times sometimes up to a week at a time. Last week they ripped me off, charged me $288 for a 1 bed room then advertised the same room for $169. After I provided photo evidence and gave them an opportunity to adjust this - GIVEN THEIR PRICE MATCH ADVERTISEMENT - they basically told me where to go and that that was the price when I called them. Too many intricate details to list here but I am taking them to fair trading for false & misleading advertising. Just the basic lack of good business ethics shocks me given the business I give to them, but will not stay again and promptly left at the time. Be very wary, if this is how they treat a regular guest they will have no concern for YOUR needs as a customer.
