Arthouse films, something different from the usual "bang bang" tire squeeling mainstream. There are movies beyond Hollywood and this is one place to see them. Many theatres, nice ambience, good info on the movies, reviews etc... All pinned up on the walls.

A nice place for grown ups to come to the cinema and enjoy a glass of wine. Good selection of choc-tops.

I really like coming here on Monday. The prices are $8.50 each for adults and they show the latest movies. The cinemas are small and cozy and the chairs are comfortable. Only problem is if the cinema is really full and you have to sit near the front where it can be quite uncomfortable for your eyes.

There is a bar that serves beer, wine and spirits and the usual cinema treats.

This is a great cinema tucked away on the east side of Collins St.

The chairs in the cinema are comfortable. They are much better than what you will find in the larger mass chained cinemas.

Combines the orderliness and comfort of a multiplex with the intimacy and personality of an art house cinema.

This cinema offers a lot of independant movies and often showcases films from local film festivals including French Alliance Film Festival. You can still see the blockbusters here but that is not the main focus of the cinema.
