  Moved with Grace Removals from Brisbane to Melbourne recently. Graham was the sales consultant in Brisbane and was fantastic, as was the team that came on moving day. In Melbourne Teresa was the point of contact for the delivery. We had to change the delivery date and had a bit of an awkward driveway that needed a smaller truck. She could not have been more helpful with the delivery as was the team that delivered our belongings to us on the day. I would highly recommend Grace removals and would say that the two people mentioned are fantastic assets to the Company. If we could deal with people like this everyday it would be awesome. Again thanks for a trouble free move Grace Removals Brisbane and Melbourne.

  The only removalist who sent their consultant to inspect the goods to determine the right volume to properly provide the quote. Everything was done efficiently, pick up completed in 45 minutes, drop off in 1 hour in apartment complex (i.e. require multiple lift travels). It was so quick that we were asked the same question by 2 different building manage/security if they were paid by the hour (they weren't!). Not the cheapest but not the most exorbitant one too. They accommodated quite a short notice and delivered on time as promised. Smooth sailing, nothing is lost or broken and definitely will use again in future.

  Delivery drivers were very helpful and intelligent! Took away all the packaging. Were polite and friendly and the account manager was very easy to deal with. Would recommend using Grace anytime. Also very competitive pricing.

  Awesome service from this group. Pick up was painless and we even hot some great tips on what to do with our fridge so it would be fresh when it arrived back. After 2 1/2 years in storage the delivery back was just as painless. And yes the fridge was perfect. The team were patient and courteous and nothing was a bother. I highly recommend them for there service and their professional approach.

  Disappointed! Do not use this company! I moved with grace many years ago, though i did not use their packing material i was impressed with their stress free service. everything were counted and delivered in good condition as promised. so when it came to moving again i had no hesitation to book with Grace and this time i thought i should use their packing material to save myself time from sourcing my own boxes. To my horror i was charged almost $800 for packing boxes, when no one bothered to inform me they are USED boxes (one was even labelled dog beg!!). when i rang grace to return the used boxes, they were quick to amend the quote but still charge me $66 for carton delivery!!! I guess Grace is too big and too busy to care about its customers.
