    I had a terrible experience with Commissioner John Ryan, who is a bully and a thug who threatened me with assault even though I am visibly disabled. Commissioner John Ryan denied us a Hearing. The thug intimidated my partner and I into accepting a settlement that we did not want and which he wrote. The whole process was corrupt. I complained about the thug's behaviour to Justice Ross but that was a complete waste of time since Commissioner Ryan had forced our only witness out of the room and the event was not recorded so Justice Ross was able to dismiss our complaint as our word against his.

    My minimal encounter with them has been quite positive, they work quite quickly and sufficiently to finish things fast also.
