  Always reliably flavoursome food. Suffers a bit from the dark restaurant syndrome but not offensively so. Very good service. Also a good drop in restaurant as many nights you can get a table or seating without too much of a wait.

  Awesome food and service. Except that nearly everything tasted like coriander and coriander tastes like soap to me. Amazing drink selection. Good for large groups.

  Been here twice. Loved it both times. Excellent service, great atmosphere. Food was delightful.

  Met up with friends from WA who were also on holiday in Melbourne at the same time. They dine here often. As we were a party of six, we had a table to ourselves. Smaller groups sit at a bench at a long table (?). Food was good, a bit of a take on David Thomson's Thai restaurants. There are difference. Ambience? A bit noisy and difficult to hold a conversation with fellow diners. Also difficult to read menu in dim lighting. Staff were excellent though. And food was good.

  A taste of the foreign and the familiar. The dishes are well presented with colours, flavours, and textures that balance each other out. You can tell that each item on the menu was well-thought out. Even the details of having people sit at communal tables and have shared plates. It's both intimate and casual, homey yet refined. It ranks up there in places to really try in Melbourne.
