  Rude laid back couldn’t care attitude staff. No manager available in store for a month. I Paid & Booked a tour, turned up on the day at the coach pick up point to be be told the guy at STA had not put our names down for the tour! Last day in Melbourne too! Was told they would ‘try’ to get me a refund, offered no compensation, not even an apology! I highly recommend you go somewhere else!

  Terrible experience. Throughout the entire time I tried to work with them on group bookings the office had no manager which I think was the reason why the service was so poor. It took nearly three months to rectify billing issues and to be issued a refund we were entitled to.

  There were two lovedy ladies who helped me to get the best deals with the tickets i wanted. they were very atentive and helped me with my Lay-by. Great customer service

  I booked through SV and was told I would be Given a discount for the flexi pass when Inquired about the high cost, I was told I should be grateful that I had used it and saved money overall. I do not feel grateful for using a service I paid for and was entitled to use. I am dissatified with the pushy selling, otherwise the service was okay.
